We sustainably harvest Macrocystis pyrifera (giant kelp) - the world's fastest growing kelp. Our kelp is cut fresh from the unpolluted Southern Ocean, then slowly air dried to help it retain its goodness. Nothing is added and only water is removed.

Macrocystis pyrifera growing in cool, rich, southern water is a very rich source of bio-available minerals & vitamins, and active plant hormones - only a small amount is required per day to obtain sufficient minerals, especially iodine.
